Vivo S1 pro comes with a refreshing diamond design
Vivo S1 pro has been launched with improved specifications from the model released in china earlier in may this year.
Aside the introduction of quadruple cameras(one up from three), these AI inspired cameras are all placed to take the shape of a diamond.
The version of the smartphone released in china had three camera/sensors placed linearly vertical to the left of the device’s rear. This new universal variant has the four camera/sensors alligned at the vertical half.
This steep change in design according to the phonemaker is “inspired by images of jewelry and royal palaces which conjure a refreshing look that adds a unique and dynamic feel to the smartphone“.
The 48MP main camera is supported by a 8MP wide-angle, 2MP macro, and 2MP bokeh lenses.
The device isn’t just all about design and camera excellence, there is a swift in-display fingerprint scanner, a low power-consuming super AMOLED display screen and a convenient 8GB RAM size.
Vivo S1 Pro Display – A diamond trendsetting design ‘of it’s own’
The most obvious physical feature of the smartphone is the diamond design which houses the cameras at the rear. Vivo declined to opt for the usual squares or circles but rather for the one which according to them was first premiered by the brand.
The front display still retains S1’s water-drop notch which houses the powerfull selfie camera. The display of the device is made up of a super AMOLED screen which the company brags expends less power from the 4500 battery. A 6.38 inches display screen with resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels delivers a 404 pixel per inch ratio. This wide resolution makes for an immersive viewing experience while the 186.7 grams weight coupled with the smooth body makes for a premium feel.

The main rear camera delivers 48MP clear shots while three other 8MP,2MP & 2MP cameras serves wide-angle, macro and bokeh necessities. There is a LED flash for the rear camera just behind the diamond design.
The selfie camera with a physucal aperture of f/2.0 captures a superb 32MP photos and supports face unlock.
Both cameras are AI inspired as photos captured are modified to sooth the environment and also to lay out the detailed features of the capture.
