Huawei Enjoy 10s specifications, price and review
Fully befiting it’s name, Huawei through it’s recent Huawei Enjoy 10s release intrigues fans, gaining credence on their firm feeling about the brand’s consistent new entries.
This latest entry arguably tops the list of Huawei releases this year with some daring specs.
The camera department is the most obvious as it’s 48MP + 8MP + 2MP rear camera setup outlines photographic quality as a key smartphone function. The selfie camera located at the water-drop notch at the top of the screen doesn’t disappoint with it’s 16 mega-pixel [f/2.4 aperture] lens.
Huawei Enjoy 10S is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 710F processor that has 4 cores at 1.7GHz and another 4 cores clocked at 2.2GHz. The Enjoy 10S is the successor to Enjoy 10 and could be better thought of to be perfecting the flaws which might have been found in the Enjoy 10.
Both models were released almost simultaneously with the Enjoy 10S coming recent. To better understand the similarities and differences between the two congenial models, the review of Huawei Enjoy 10s would be made relative to the Enjoy 10.
Body, Design And Display
In terms of display dimensions and look, there’s no much difference between both devices.
However, Huawei Enjoy 10s comes with a less height,width and thickness (157.4 x 73.2 x 7.8 mm) compared to the later’s (159.8 x 76.1 x 8.1 mm) dimensions. By reason of it’s improved dimensions, the Enjoy 10 expectedly weighs 176 gram while the Enjoy 10s is lighter at 163 grams.
At 1080 x 2400 pixels with pixel per inch density of about 418, Enjoy 10s betters the display resolution of the Enjoy 10 which clocks 720 x 1560 pixels, (259 PPI density).

The good: Huawei Enjoy 10s packs a better sreen resolution and weighs less than other of it’s variants. The screen make of the two variants under review are relatively of standard!

Camera Setup
Camera specifications of devices are fast becoming the selling point of modern mobile smartphones. The quality of images that could be gotten from the front and rear camera goes a long way to endear consumers to a particular brand.
Huawei Enjoy 10 has an impressive 48MP+2MP camera setup at the rear including a lone 8MP selfie camera. This is less quality compared to Enjoy 10s’s superb rear camera mix of 48MP+ 8MP + 2MP and a better lone selfie camera of 16MP.
Despite the clear disparity between them, both devices rear camera can shoot 1080p video at 30 seconds per frame.

The good: Enjoy 10s triple camera setup which features a primary camera and two sensors beats off Enjoy 10 in terms of photography. The front/selfie camera of the 10s aswell offers more photographic power than the other variant due to a far better pixel count.
The bad: The aperture quality of the 48MP primary camera is low compared to standards set by industry brands.
Huawei Enjoy 10s Software and Hardware Specifications
Both the Enjoy 10 & Enjoy 10s are powered by the same processor type and speed. For both models, there’s a HiSilicon Kirin 710F processor that features 4 cores running at 1.7GHz and another 4 cores clocked at 2.2GHz.
Manning the graphics and gaming hardware department is a powerful Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. Both models of the device share some basic hardware similarities but not in the RAM and ROM sizes.
The Huawei enjoy 10 comes in three dissimilar variants. There is one which has a 64GB internal storage paired with a 4GB of RAM storage, The second comes with a better RAM size of 6GB bit with same internal storage like the first(64GB). The third and last variant comes with an improved inbuilt memory(128GB) than the first which is paired with a 4GB RAM storage.
The Huawei Enjoy 10s comes in only one variant at 6GB RAM, 64GB ROM.
For the software interface, huawei enjoy 10s Huawei Enjoy 10 models runs google’s Android 9 Pie based on the EMUI 9.1.1 skin.

The good: The processor make of both model(as they are using the same) is a powerful one.
The bad: Android version 9 pie currently made default in both variants of the phone had been made old by the introduction of a better version(10).
Notwithstanding, it is expected of Huawei to make known when and how updates to version 10 can be made(once fully out).
Network support
Both devices supports similar 2G, 3G, and 4G bands. There is however no 5G band supported by these models.

Conectivity options and sensors
Notable among the options included in the specifications of the Enjoy 10s is a modern USB type c connector/port, a better optical fingerprint scanner and several other connectivity modules. Meanwhile, the Enjoy 10 doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor.

Huawei Enjoy 10s Price and Availability in Nigeria
Huawei smartphones aren’t too convenient with the price placed on them. To get an Enjoy 10s smartphone, be ready to dish out about N81,000 from your purse. The Enjoy 10 is relatively cheap at 65,000 Naira.
Both models could be bought at Jumia and other online stores in Nigeria.
Verdict!
Huawei always go extra miles to produce quality devices but at a price higher than the ones offered by some other brands.
However, the value tag of Huawei Enjoy 10s is satisfactory when compared to the price.
